Welcome!

In an attempt to keep you all updated with our little fam bam, we've started this blog Team eSPIRITu! I know all of you are only interested in one thing and I'm not talking about Ryan's daily workouts (which can be found here on BROUGHT IT or our infamous Xmas eSPIRITu newsletters (which btw, in another attempt to go green will now be posted here). But in fact, our baby Zoey Reese. For more on the first 5 months of her life check out her Baby Site.

After a while we had to start paying which explains why the only first 5 months are available. Don't worry, I'll update this one with the 6 - present months.
